Today's rain brought a river of mud - again.
I called county commissioner's, Knox Cty Engineering, TDEC, the developers, and office of neighborhoods. I'm still waiting for a call back from someone, anyone.
Above is a shot of the runoff coming out of the woods where the pond was filled in (lot 17).
