Light rain today colored the stream but I've seen worse.
Walked the property with one of the partners and pointed out the flow cutting through the woods in phase II. Also found another stream on the other side of the ridge on the way home. This stream flows into my grassed waterway and past my barn. I don't see how they will be able to develop these ridges and successfully control the runoff.
