Lot 17 (above recently filled in pond and sinkhole) is now being dug up for a new house and pool.

Recent meeting was civil but resulted in no solution for runoff. Inspectors made the comment that muddy water is just part of urban growth. Phase I plan was not available. Phase II promises to be a nightmare despite the lower number of lots. The soil type and topography on the 2nd phase is tricky and this runoff will go into my pastures before reaching the stream. I'm not sure how I will manage without hay. Clearly my expectations are too high.
